Spring




I posted this image in January. It was our first icy weather.





Here's the same tree today. We planted our dogwoods when we moved to our house in 1990








Our bright pink azaleas are in full bloom now. They are such a faithful shrub to come out so beautifully year after year.

Peggy -- You are too funny! I have similar pics of Niko in the snow from January as well. That storm took everyone by surprise, if you even call it a storm! Lunch soon, I promise.. semester is almost over with, thanks be to God!

I love dogwoods--they're such dainty trees. Your azaleas are beautiful. They were in bloom here at Easter. I wouldn't mind both being in bloom all year round!

I just remembered that the dogwood is the NC state flower. I looked here just to make sure. Having too much time on my hands, I looked at many other state flowers, too. Check out Maine!
