Big and Tall

In front of the country's largest home - Biltmore.

Overlooking the patio. The picture does not do it justice.

Outside the greenhouse. The orginal landscape architect, Frederick Olmsted, also designed New York's Central Park.

A few miles away is a tall spot. Walking to the top, my lungs were hurting and my breathing was labored, but that only lasted a few minutes. Well worth the little bit of discomfort.

Another breathtaking view.

The candle light tour Thurs. night was just gorgeous! I'm ready to return to the house next spring. Each season has its own beauty.
